Terms of Service

These sample terms describe BioRoundup, a personalized biotech and pharma news roundup service delivered by email. This page is provided so payment reviewers and customers can understand the service before purchase.

Service

BioRoundup provides personalized news summaries and links based on customer preferences such as role, company, watchlist, topics, and areas of interest. BioRoundup is an informational service and is not medical, legal, investment, or financial advice.

Billing and cancellation

Paid individual subscriptions are $17 per month unless a different price is agreed in writing. Customers may cancel anytime by contacting support@bioroundup.com. Cancellation stops future billing.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of the first paid subscription if the customer is unsatisfied. To request a refund, email support@bioroundup.com.

Delivery

Account setup begins immediately after signup or payment. Personalized roundup delivery begins within 1 business day after preferences are submitted, then follows the customer's selected email schedule.
